HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

ONCE ITEM(S) ARE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR RETURNED ITEM(S) (PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING). IF AN EXCHANGE IS BEING MADE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THE DESIRED ITEM ON THE WEBSITE.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE ASK THAT YOU SEND US AN EMAIL WITH A PICTURE THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE DEFECT. WE WILL THEN DETERMINE IF THE CUSTOMER IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND AND RESPOND TO THE EMAIL WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE OUR TEAM HAS APPROVED THE DEFECTIVE ITEM, IT MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN THAT WAS NOT APPROVED BY OUR TEAM. ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED OR DECLINED. IF ACCEPTED, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

IF A REFUND IS REQUESTED, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEM RETURNED MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING ON YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.
